About the 2020 Data and Emerging Tech Summit

From the trading floors of Dalal Street to personal finance startups, technology and data are transforming India’s financial services industry. Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are helping both buy-side and sell-side entities embrace disruption.

Concurrently, fast-growing internet access is gradually democratizing the financial services and investment industry, prompting wealth managers to seek sources of alternative data as they chase alpha. From their unique vantage point, regulators are striving to strike the right balance in creating a robust regulatory environment without suffocating growth and innovation.

The 2020 Data and Emerging Tech Summit aims to bring together the leading minds of the banking and financial services community to discuss the key challenges faced by the industry, and share insights on data- and technology-driven, future-ready solutions to overcome them.

Key themes at the summit :

  • Regulatory and market outlook
  • Innovation for inclusive growth
  • Data and digital transformation
  • Financial inclusion and literacy
  • The value of alternative and ESG data
