An overview of Rate Benchmarks

FTSE Russell are committed to publishing independent and transparent benchmark rates, designed to be reflective of the markets and meet regulatory standards.

Refinitiv Benchmark Services (UK) Limited (‘RBSL’) is the regulated administrator for the following benchmarks; WMR FX Benchmarks,Canadian Dollar Offered Rate (CDOR), Saudi Arabian Interbank Offered Rate(SAIBOR), FTSE Convertible Bond Indices, FTSE/Core Commodity CRB Indices, FTSE Term SONIA, Tokyo Swap Rate, FTSE USD IBOR Cash Fallbacks and FTSE Term €STR.

RBSL is authorised and regulated in the UK by the FinancialConduct Authority (“FCA”) and is listed on the FCA Register –Reference Number 610678. RBSL has Part IV permission to administer benchmarksand has been Authorised by the FCA to administer benchmarks under the UKBenchmark Regulation.

Following the FCA's public statement on 1 December2020, UK benchmark administrators (including RBSL) are be listed on the FCA’snew UK Benchmarks Register.
