What happens next?

  • You can expect to receive a Data Exploration Tool (DET) access approval email within 72 hours.

    The subject of the approval email will read: “Invitation to the Refinitiv data exploration tool – beta”.

    Please use the sign-in link from the email to access the tool (via the developer community).

    1. Within 72 hours, you will receive a welcome email from the developer community with a link to create your password.
      • We'll use the details that you just submitted when you requested access to the data exploration tool to kick-start your developer community registration.
      • Please ensure you complete your registration for the developer community by creating your password from the sign-in/register link in the welcome email.
    2. You will receive a Data Exploration Tool (DET) access approval email shortly after the developer community welcome email.
      • Please use the sign-in link from the DET email to access the tool (via the developer community).
