Ariba and SAP system migration update 5
As mentioned in Update #4, we are pleased to confirm that our Refinitiv instance of ARIBA is now live (29 Jul 2020) and we can accept invoices submitted via Ariba in e-invoicing-enabled countries. Non-E-Invoicing countries had not been affected by the transition and the process remains as before.
There were, however, a number of non-E-Invoicing countries where a decision was made to not transition the Legacy POs. The impacted countries include India, Philippines, Peru, Costa Rica and Venezuela.
This affects only 7000XXX Series Purchase Orders that you may have received from the following Refinitiv Legal Entities:

7000XXXX POs for the above countries will remain effective until “wound down” / consumed / cancelled.
Please continue to invoice against these POs and send your invoices following the same process as you have done in the past.
We are not able to make changes to these POs, so should it become necessary, they will need to be replaced.
