Refinitiv Messenger support and training

To register for a free Refinitiv Messenger Account, fill out the form and submit it to get started. Post-screening, you will be sent a welcome email with your login ID and links to access the software (via install or web).

Refinitiv Messenger Standalone is available for free on iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows mobile devices, and Windows 7 and 8 computers.

All messages are encrypted in transport and in our data centres. All files shared are virus checked and only safe files will be delivered.

A Forgot your Password? hyperlink is available on the Refinitiv Messenger Standalone log-in screen.

When you click this link, a new window will open and you will be asked to enter your username and a security code. Click Submit and an email with instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

After a bilateral chat has been created, you can add additional users:

• Drag and drop a contact from your contacts list to the bilateral chat.
• Add a contact from their Profile Card.
