新型コロナウイルス (COVID-19) 感染拡大抑止対応のお知らせ

Notification of precautions against the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in Japan

リフィニティブでは、新型コロナウイルス (COVID-19) の感染拡大状況及びその事業への影響について、事業継続計画の一環として継続的に注視しております。


リフィニティブ・ジャパン株式会社 (東京都港区、代表取締役社長:富田秀夫) では、日本政府からの方針をもとに (日本語 / 英語) 、お客様、弊社社員の健康と安全を確保するために、以下の対応を実施しております。





2020年2月27日 (木) から同年4月末までの間、お客様エリアを一時閉鎖しています (この期間は予告なく延長されることがあります)。





  • 石鹸と流水による頻繁な手洗いを含め、自身の衛生管理を社員に推奨しています。
  • 大人数での打ち合わせを避けること、および社内外での対面での打ち合わせ時のマスク着用を奨励しています。
  • 家庭でのこまめな検温を行い、37.5℃以上の発熱、風邪の諸症状がある社員には自宅待機を指示しています。
  • 家族等、社員の身近に感染者または濃厚接触者と認定された方がいる場合は、その旨を上司、人事部に報告させます。
  • 事業所に入る弊社社員、お客様及び関係者には検温を実施しています。新型コロナウイルス (COVID-19) の兆候がみられる場合には、事業所および関係者の安全を確保するために退所措置を行います。



Refinitiv continues to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak situation and its impact across all the geographies where we operate as part of our comprehensive business continuity plan.   

Our main priority is the health and safety of all our employees while minimising service disruptions to our customers. 

Refinitiv has well-established remote working capabilities which enable our employees to do their work and support customers from anywhere in the world. 

In accordance with recent announcements (JP / EN) from the Japanese government, Refinitiv is taking the following measures to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers.

Flexible Work Arrangements 

We are recommending that all our employees either work from home or commute during off-peak hours as a precaution. 

Customer Area (30F akasaka Biz Tower 5-3-1 Akasaka, Minato, Tokyo, JAPAN) 

We have decided to close our Customer Area temporarily from Thursday 27-Feb-2020 to the end of April-2020 (subject to extension). This area contains our seminar, training and meeting rooms for our customers. We have contacted our customers who had meetings scheduled in the Customer Area to notify them of this precautionary closure.   


We strongly encourage our employees to conduct meetings remotely either by telephone or video conference. We mandate our staff to take precautions including wearing a mask if proceeding with any onsite face to face meeting. 

All our employees and their managers are advised to minimise and defer non-essential business travel.

Other Advisories

We have also advised our staff about the following: 

  • Maintain good personal hygiene at all times including washing hands frequently with soap and water

  • Adopt precautionary measures such as wearing surgical masks when meeting others and avoid large gatherings 

  • Recommend regular temperature taking at home and to seek medical attention and refrain from going to the office, if they are unwell, have any flu–like symptoms or when their temperature is 37.5 °C or above 

  • Notify their manager and Human Resources representative if they or a member of their family is infected, or has had close contact with someone who is/becomes infected

  • People coming into the office - Colleagues, customers and guests may be screened for symptoms by having a remote temperature reading taken. Anyone with signs of COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to leave the office. This is to ensure we keep our workspace safe and secure for everyone.
