Jim Kwiatkowski leads Refinitiv’s Global Transaction Sales organization, encompassing both client relationship management and new business teams for the buy-side and sell-side client segments.
As Global Head of Transaction Sales, Jim is responsible for the growth of revenues, client retention and acquisition for our FX trading products, FXall and Matching. Jim joined Thomson Reuters in 2012 as part of the acquisition of FXall where he was also Global Head of Sales.
Prior to joining FXall in 2007, Jim led sales teams at equity trading technology companies FutureTrade and Merrin Financial, as well as information company Bridge Information (acquired by Reuters in 2001).
He began his career at Reuters in 1987, first as an engineer before joining sales and advancing into sales management.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. He is married with three children and lives in New Jersey, USA.
