About Luyue
Luyue Tan is the Senior Carbon Analyst at Refinitiv, an LSEG company. She currently focuses on China carbon markets, offsets in China’s voluntary markets and emerging markets in APAC area.
She has professional expertise in carbon pricing, carbon trade, climate change finance and nature-based solutions (NbS) and graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a MSc in Carbon Management.
Previous to Refinitiv, she worked as a carbon trade associate. Her insights on China carbon markets are often quoted in leading media publications including The Financial Times, South China Morning Post, and Caijing.
