About Manisha

Manisha Kimmel is the Chief Regulatory Officer, Wealth Management at Thomson Reuters. Manisha focuses on identifying regulatory upstream risk and influencing strategic regulatory initiatives by acting as a regulatory liaison on behalf of Thomson Reuters and our customers. Manisha formerly worked as the Managing Director of the Financial Information Forum (FIF). She spearheaded FIF’s response to market structure initiatives by identifying and driving industry issues to successful resolution.

Manisha is a member of the Security and Exchange Commission’s Equity Market Structure Advisory Committee (EMSAC) where she chairs the Customer Issues Subcommittee. Additionally, she serves on the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) Development Advisory Group. Prior to her work at FIF, Manisha worked on numerous engagements assisting firms in strategic and technology decisions in her capacity as Senior Industry Consultant for Jordan & Jordan. She also held positions at ADP in their Strategic Investments group within their brokerage division. In addition to completing coursework at Stanford University’s Learning, Design and Technology program, Manisha has a BS in Finance and Information Systems from the Wharton School and a BS in Systems Engineering with a focus in Telecommunications from the University of Pennsylvania.
