About Steve
Steve has led the Indonesian business of the company for the last four years.
He says: “At LSEG, we are committed to working with regulators and the financial industry to support the growth of the FX and financial markets, and national economies.”
He previously spent five years managing the Singapore regional account team.
In his first assignment with the company, he managed the largest sell- and buy-side accounts in Singapore, including Standard Chartered, DBS Group, the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Before joining the company, Steve worked in wealth management at Standard Chartered, Smith Barney and CIMB-GK Securities.
Earlier in his career, he spent five years doing business development around Asia, managing the Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong businesses for an American FMCG company, now part of Nestle.
He earned a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Master of Arts in Southeast Asian Studies with a focus on Indonesia at the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Wheaton College (Illinois).
