About Tom
As Global Head of Customer Service, Tom Frossell is responsible for the help desk/support experience and service operations for F&R customers.
Having joined Reuters in London in 1990, Tom’s responsibilities have spanned content operations, service operations, account management, contributions and consulting. He assumed global responsibility for content quality and service functions in 2003, and in 2005 was appointed customer experience leader for content. Tom has worked across multiple geographies including London, Geneva, New York and Hong Kong.
Tom chairs a Customer Advisory Board for Salesforce, which includes Service executives from industry leaders like Yahoo, FedEx, Adobe and Coca-Cola. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in Business Finance from the University of London.
