REDI installation guide

This document is a guide for installing REDI. It details the steps for downloading, setting up and logging in to REDI. 

Frequently asked questions

  • To install REDI:

    1. Using Internet Explorer (IE), go to http://login.redi.com.
    2. Click Install.
    3. When prompted for your network preference, select Internet, then Next.
    4. At the log-in screen, please log in with your REDI ID and password (provided by your REDI representative).
    5. At first log-in, you will be prompted to install your assigned REDI version.
    6. You should now be logged in to REDI.
    • Hardware: 2.4GHz Quad Core Processor; 8 GB RAM
    • Operating System: Windows 7 or newer; 64-bit only
    • Windows Package: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 (Full Version)
    • Bandwidth: 512kb per user recommended and up to 2mb required for certain options functionality
    • REDI supports most major symbology protocols including RIC, exchange ticker, BBG code, SEDOL, CUSIP, and ISIN.
    • You cannot install REDI on a Mac®. However, it will run when using a Windows emulator.
    • The workspace is saved both locally on your PC and on REDI servers.
