Refinitiv REDI EMS support and training

To install REDI:

1. Using Internet Explorer (IE), go to http://login.redi.com.
2. Click Install.
3. When prompted for your network preference, select Internet, then Next.
4. At the log-in screen, please log in with your REDI EMS ID and password (provided by your REDI EMS representative).
5. At first log-in, you will be prompted to install your assigned REDI EMS version.
6. You should now be logged in to REDI EMS.

• Hardware: 2.4GHz Quad Core Processor; 8 GB RAM
• Operating System: Windows 7 or newer; 64-bit only
• Windows Package: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 (Full Version)
• Bandwidth: 512kb per user recommended and up to 2mb required for certain options functionality

• REDI EMS supports most major symbology protocols including RIC, exchange ticker, BBG code, SEDOL, CUSIP, and ISIN.
  

• You cannot install REDI EMS on a Mac®. However, it will run when using a Windows emulator.
  

• The workspace is saved both locally on your PC and on REDI EMS servers.
