Cornelia Andersson, MCLIP, FIA, is Head of M&A and Capital Raising, Propositions, at Refinitiv.
Prior to joining Refinitiv, Cornelia was Senior Vice President, Global Head of Research and Market Data at Blackstone, leading the firm’s market data and business intelligence functions globally, providing business intelligence, analytics, research, knowledge management and market data services firm wide.
An experienced financial information professional, and a frequent speaker at industry events on market data and information, and outsourcing, Cornelia is a chartered information professional (CILIP), FIA qualified and pursuing an MBA at Imperial College, London. She holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Lund University, Sweden.
Throughout her career, Cornelia has focused on enabling better business through generating insights from data, setting data based strategy and leading innovative thought leadership. A genuine interest in building global workflows, finding efficiencies through outsourcing and creating effective service models has led her to manage complex operations with global reach.
Cornelia has a deep understanding of current market dynamics and the competitive landscape, as well has hands-on experience of utilising a broad range of market data platforms and content sets.
