With over 30 years’ experience of the fixed income markets, Jon began his career trading MBS and ABS at several different securities firms on Wall Street before moving to Bloomberg as Head of Product for Bloomberg’s Taxable Fixed Income business. He left Bloomberg in 2004 and joined Tradeweb, where he became the Managing Director, Head of US Market Operations.
After 12 years at Tradeweb, Jon pivoted his career to join Symphony as Global Head of Partnerships. He was responsible for leading the global partner strategy and execution, leveraging cross-functional teams with a focus on digital transformation of capital markets workflows. He developed Symphony’s Capital Markets Workflow solutions strategy, targeting the automation of specific front-, middle, and back-office user experiences.
Jon joined Refinitiv as Head of Fixed Income in 2019.
