Ariba and SAP system migration update 4

We are pleased to confirm our Refinitiv instance of Ariba is now live (29 Jul 2020) and we can accept invoices submitted via Ariba in e-invoicing-enabled countries.

• Registration – Please ensure the registration is completed if not already done, to ensure there is an accurate record of your organization in the Refinitiv system.
• Open Purchase Orders (PO) with an unconsumed balance (Legacy POs) have been reissued from the Refinitiv systems and have a new PO number. Legacy POs will be closed out.
• Invoices not yet due against Legacy POs will need to be submitted against the new Replacement POs issued from the new Refinitiv system.
