Alert: Refinitiv AP teams moves to virtual help desk support
In response to the growing cases of COVID-19, we have moved our non-essential Vendor/AP help desk support to a virtual model. In the interim, our help desk phone lines are not staffed and we ask that you submit a ticket under ‘Ask a question’ on the right-side of the Refinitiv Supplier Portal FAQ page.
Once you submit your request, you will receive an automated email with the ServiceNow ticket number for future reference.
Thank you for your support as we navigate these unsettling times. We will update you once our service returns to normal.
